Thank you for the tutorial. I have to say that I have tried this a few hundred times over the years, often feeling frustrated and unable to complete the task. But now, wow! Many thanks.

Hi Jill
Thanks for your feedback. About 3/4 through the video I refer to the query you've raised. I just put it down to a quirk of design by Microsoft. What you have to do after you've produced the 1 page is t click on Edit Individual Labels and select all. That's how I do it anyway. If anyone has a more elegantsolution I'd be interested in hearing. As I say, you'll hear me refer to this about 3/4 of the way through so this should give you the full instruction on what to do. Hope that helps.
Regards
John

This worked great. I need a little extra help please.... I would like to print the entire address list. How come only the first 30 addresses made it to the list. I was looking for page 2 and 3. Do i need to do this in Batches in stead of all at once? Thanks Jill

Using the Names & Addresses List created in my last tutorial called Creating a Names & Address List in Excel, we are now going to create mailing labels using Word 2003. This is great for using for Christmas cards or any similar mailing activity.
