Here is were you must go in the regestry:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
find LocalizedString and double click it.
Rename it to what you want the recycle bin to be named.
Examples:
Trash Can
Burning bin
Death Row
Terminated
What you Dont want
,,..::||::..,,
