Yes it is in oracle forms, Yes it's a bean, but haven't make it packaging at the moment

Is this in Oracle Forms? if yes? where can I find this Java Bean? if not? can it be in Oracle Forms as a Java Bean? ( I believe this contest is for Java Beans that is impletmented on Oracle Forms as says the title of the Contest)
