How can I stream a video?

Click on the "Play button" or on the video itself.

Why is the video not playing?

Make sure the latest versions of Flash is correctly installed on your computer. Download the latest version here:

Why can't I hear anything when a video is playing?

Check if your computer speakers are not muted.

Verify that your system audio works by playing another audio application and/or checking your speaker and headphone wires.

Make sure that you have the latest version of Flash Player - go to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash for more information.

Why is the video not playing properly? Why is the video buffering?

Your connection might not be fast enough to watch streaming videos or your computer's processor may be too slow.

If you pause the video and wait for it to download completely it should play without a problem.
